24MEDIA, the largest digital media network in Greece, in cooperation with the strategic communication company Symeon G. Tsomokos SA, is organizing the 2nd conference on Sport of the Game Changer series, which is to be held on Tuesday 30 May 2017 at the hotel Grande Bretagne.
This year’s event will be hosting significant sports personalities and experts who are expected to discuss main sector issues such as strategies leading to its further dynamic growth in Greece as well as the new frontiers opening up on an international level for the sports industry via digital technology applications. Moreover, they will talk about the relationship between brands and sport, the quest for best practices, the consumer behavior of fans and how sporting events are formulated accordingly. During the conference there is going to be presented a tribute to a golden moment for Greek sport, the national team’s victory in the 1987 Eurobasket and to the state of Greek basketball 30 years later.
A guest of particular interest is Nick Monroe, Digital Communications Manager Milwaukee Bucks, who will be travelling to Athens exclusively for the Game Changer n Sports. The man who manages the image and the brand name of the team Giannis Antetokounmpo has joined, will explain among other things how the Greek public managed to send the Greek Freak to the NBA’s All-Star Game as a starter, through their votes on social media.
