OW.GR: The new wellness site from 24 MEDIA


24 MEDIA group presents its new digital product, OW.GR, focusing on people who seek knowledge, truth, inspiration and balance in their lives.

The new site, entitled OW (On Wellness) has a completely modern environment, with minimal design and modern vision, in a world that is constantly changing. OW.GR attempts to redefine the term wellness with simplicity and realism, focusing on the essence. OW.GR treats human as a whole: body, soul, spirit, but also as a social entity.

The main axes of OW.GR are health - physical and mental -, well being, nutrition, beauty and topicality, based on NOW, SLOW, FLOW.

ΝOW. Consciousness, mindfulness, acquires its due value. We are consciously living it now. SLOW. We find our personal rhythm, the one that allows us to be creative, to enjoy without guilt, to discover and evolve without being carried away by the storm of over-information. FLOW. We do not stand still. But we are not just left to the flow of things. We become part of this flow.

Carefully selected articles, videos and webinars on essentials of the modern lifestyle, are trying to inspire small changes in the habits of the audience and to embrace every advertiser.
