Cooperation between Athens Tech College and 24MEDIA

The technical college Athens Tech College, created by BCA College and the multinational company Intracom Holdings, and the digital Media and technology company 24MEDIA have announced the commencement of their cooperation, at a Press Conference held on Tuesday 6 September at the Electra Palace Hotel in Athens.

Athens Tech is the result of a collaboration between leading companies in the technology sector and the academic community. Its aim is to produce fully trained and highly sought after executives in the sector of IT and new technologies. According to recent research, professions pertaining to the development of IT applications are included in the list of most popular professions in the modern labor market.

Mr. Petros Kokkalis, President of Athens Tech, opened the press conference with a greeting, whilst Messrs. Charis Daskalakis, CEO of the BCA College, Chrysostomos Sfatos, Corporate Affairs for the INTRACOM Group and Stavros Drakoularakos, CEO of 24MEDIA, presented the new business partnership and their future plans.

Ladylike takes off with 944.796 unique visitors

24MEDIA’s website for women was on an upward course for the month of April, with a record number of 944.796 unique visitors according to official AT Internet data.

Ladylike.gr reached 3rd place according to the figures of the Greek Online Publisher’s Association (ENED) based on visits, out of all other sites with woman-related content included in the count. More specifically the 24MEDIA group brand managed to increase its page views by 62.3% and its unique visitors by 50.4% compared to January 2016, according to AT Internet data*.

Successful Completion of the 1st Sports Conference -Game Changer in Sports

The 1st Sports Conference Game Changer in Sports, organized by 24MEDIA and the communications company Symeon Tsomokos S.A., came to a successful conclusion on Monday 18 April, at the Hilton Athens. More than 300 attendees gained valuable insight into successful case studies concerning sport and its business and marketing aspects, presented by renowned speakers.  The speakers included, Mr. Stavros Kontonis, Deputy Minister of Culture and Sports, Mr. Jordi Bertomeu Orteu, President and CEO of Euroleague, Mr. Jesus Bueno Pascual, Vice President for Europe, Africa & the Middle East, for NBA, Mr. Giannis Panousis, Professor of Criminology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Mr. Panos Papadopoulos, Forthnet CEO, Mr. Nikos Dabizas, Technical Director of OMONIA FC, Mr. Periklis Iakovakis, athletics champion, Mr. Giannis Spanoudakis, BoD member of Stoiximan.gr, as well as Mr. Srdjan Djokovic, father of the tennis  player Novak Djokovic. In the context of his official visits to Greek Media, Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with the founder and the executives of 24MEDIA on Wednesday April 6th.
