SPORT24: New Sports News Application on Samsung Smart TV

Athens - March 10th 2014 - Samsung Electronics Hellas announces its partnership with 24MEDIA with the completion of the SPORT24 application for the Samsung Smart TV. SPORT24 provides complete and real time information on sports news and all major sport events.

 Through a specially designed application that is available in Greece and Cyprus, SPORT24 reaches the audience of Samsung Smart TV, providing direct and easy access to rich content and editorial coverage of all sports news. Additionally, users can select and “follow” the news of their favorite sports team, read the Frontpages of all sports newspapers and watch video highlights of sport events and athletes statements.Mr. George Tsaousis, Audio Visual Director of Samsung Electronics Hellas, stated: "It is our priority to enrich and broaden the Greek content on Samsung Smart TV. The SPORT24 application is available in the category “Sports” on Samsung Smart TV and Smart Blu ray players, models of 2013. Soon to be also expected for 2011 and 2012 models.
